I watch this video, and it makes me imagine Windchime Skyblade being confronted by Turok Rhygear about her plans for an Authoritarian Hive Mind:

She is the antagonist, singing like Scar from the Lion King in Exposition of her Evil Plan to a frightened Turok that is overpowered by her, and ends up escaping to regroup as she finishes singing.
