She's smiling because she sees you as her next meal. Slimegirls attract people with their bodies, and then dissolve and consume them. In most cases you are eaten alive in a state of overwhelming ecstasy because your nervous system is exposed and subject to her influence as you are devoured.

It really would make for an interesting story if a Hero became an Antihero and then a Villain in Pokemon. A Reverse Redemption Story about a Pokemon Trainer who slowly becomes evil and gets involved with Team Rocket.
