Let’s talk about Windchime Skyblade.
Windchime is a foil for Turok within the Drift Empire. She also has the same dynamic with House Mindblade as her brother Razus.
Turok was born to House Rhygear on Cerrus. The Rhygear Family was all about Technology to an extreme level for a long time in Cerran History. The Drift Empire is just a Metaversal version of an Ancient Nation on Cerrus that was deep into Tech. So, Turok had a reason to build his Empire the way he did.
Both Windchime and Razus left House Mindblade for different reasons. One was a scapegoat, and the other a traitor. Razus formed House Razorblade, and Windchime formed House Skyblade.
Razus was more of a victim at first, and grew scornful at his father for banishing him. Windchime was just straight-out evil from the start. Not the obvious kind like Razus, who you could see a mile away with his roguish aura. This woman was a hidden evil, the kind that sweetly surrounds you with poison mist while boosting your ego. Nothing about Windchime suggested anything but perfection and light. She shared that glory with Mathias, and bathed in that light for much of her upbringing. Nobody suspected her betrayal at all, and it wasn’t even uncovered until she appeared in the Drift Empire as Chancellor Windchime Skyblade.
Windchime is a foil for Turok in the Drift Empire because she’s responsible for building her new house into a Borg-like Hivemind. That divided the Drift into two factions. Rhygear and Skyblade.
House Rhygear believed in using a Wireless Brain Network Infrastructure as a regular benefit of Civilization, just like Travel and Agriculture Infrastructure. It didn’t take over your Mind, but you could reach out by Free Will and use it as you liked.
House Skyblade believed in using that network to cluster Humans together like Supercomputers, completely, as a Forced Massively Multi Human Organism called “Fleet”. Windchime became so enamoured with Technology combined with Avarice that she became enslaved to something she herself created, and spread out like a Virus among the Transhuman Drift Citizens.
Those following Turok quickly formed a defense against that Virus, and those that fell to it, joined mindlessly with the Living Botnet of House Skyblade.
It was the Wizard Typhus who stole Coin’s Time Machine and gave Windchime a path off of Cerrus in the first place, throwing her into a world with luxuries she hadn’t dreamt of. That rich world consumed her, and led her down a path that would transform her into who she became as an adult.
Chancellor Windchime.
The reasoning for calling the forced Hive-mind "Fleet" came from my impression of the Anti-Individuality Sentiment of the USMC, and the slow brainwashing factor that made a person useless to civilian society because they could progressively no longer be anything but what the Marines made them into.
It was one of the reasons I didn't want to reenlist. Indoctrination doesn't stop with boot camp. It creeps in on low power over your years in service. The regular military job after MOS School was "Fleet". I called Turok's Army of Living Starships "Fleet" in my original version of Legends of Wind written in High School, but the deeper meaning didn't occur to me until I had experienced the US Marine Corps.
"Windchime" was an undeveloped character at the time I invented her, and she was supposed to be the Metaversal Version of my Sister. It was supposed to be a gift to my family to give them characters in my story. I did a similar thing with my Mom in the character of "Flamewing". But, given that Windchime is being developed into an Antagonist, I retracted that offer, since I don't want to describe my beloved Sister in such poor taste. Flamewing is being cut out entirely because I would be having too much fun turning her into an even worse Antagonist, and I don't need to rile myself up any further with my feelings concerning her real life namesake.
I was going to gift my Father with "Bluestar", but I recently decided to give him the character of "Earthstone", as the Father of Mathias and Patriarch of House Mindblade. He is respected on Cerrus and serves as one of the High Lords of the Power Gates in the Heavenly Realm of Domminna.

Zandal is the Negative Timewarp of Razus. The Lady Void is the Positive Timewarp of Wind Walker. Zandal is the Hellscape Storm unfolded from a Person into a World. It exists at the same time as Razus because it is a Timewarp. The Lady Void is a Goddess of Spacetime the size of Jupiter. She was the one who opened the Rift for the Cerrans to Enter the Metaverse in the first place. She is an Ancient form of Diana, the Goddess which formed from the Fusion of Wind Walker and her Mother Horizon Walker. In a way, Wind Walker is the beginning and ending of her own story in this way.The Timewarp is that Wind Walker was led into the Metaverse by The Lady Void, and The Lady Void aided her in the reconstruction renaissance of New Akashmiran. The Lady Void is a Full Circle Mage just like Circle Oaennar, and the completion of Wind Walker's story arc. It's kind of like going back in time and giving advice to yourself as a kid, with a knowing smile, thinking "Oh wow, do you have a lot to go through!"

There was a Story called Mystic Masters where the Orbspace was destroyed by a Great War in which the Magic used was so fierce that it shattered reality and killed almost everyone. A select few did escape to Ancient Earth, and started rebuilding in the city of Ramashajiva.
However, one of them was the Wizard Jinn-Lir, and he was mentally contacted by the Wizard Coin whom he had only known as a child before the destruction of the Orbspace. She was somehow fully grown, and had escaped her tragic fate.
She advised Jinn-Lir that a mistake had been made, and things could be fixed. I applauded her Time-Lady-ish Shenanigans when I observed her as a grown woman for the first time. She pulled a miracle out of her ass that time. The Mystic Masters Timeline was erased, and the Orbspace continued as if the Great War had never even happened…
Coin became a Time Traveling Wizard, and fought the Atrocity of TAO in an alternate Timeline where Razus was a Pirate Captain of the Pirate Ship “Razorblade”. TAO was the fusion of Wind Walker and Turok, and was responsible for the Great War.
Coin chased her into the Alternate Timeline and enlisted the help of alternate versions of Mathias, Wind Walker, and Razus to defeat TAO by dividing her fusion into Wind Walker and Turok again, taking those versions back with her. TAO had made a mess. She caused the Armor of Mathias Mindblade to eat his brother Razus Razorblade, taking the entire Empire of Karotoretos with him into his body.
The perverse fusion of Mathias and Razus became “Marrion Bloodstone”, and the whole Orbspace was turned into a Castle of White Fire. Coin earned her place among the greatest Wizards in the Orbspace that day. She started out as a frightened little blue haired girl destined to return to the nothingness from whence she came when Jinn-Lir’s Imperial Mission was over.
She is named after the bag of Domminnan Coins that the Priests of Lifeblood had insulated by turning them into a young girl. With each Coin given to a new warrior on their Quest, she lost a chunk of herself.
There is a Chronological Progression to the Style and Level of Magic in The Orbspace. Circle Oaennar was the First Circle Mage. Zero was the Second Circle Mage, and became the First Square Mage.
The 16 Magic Styles called “Stones”[Creationstone]coalesced on the 16 Planets of the Orbspace as the Platonic Realm of the Forms “Boltzmann Brain’ed” Metaphysical Concepts such as Creation and Hate into Physical Living Energy Types which exist as Physical Embodiments of Themselves, as Physicalized Abstracta should. “Circle Magic” was a Unified Magic Style that fused all of these Living Physicalized Abstracta into one Force.
“Square Magic” negated the effects and presence of “Circle Magic”. Square Magic is Orbspacial Entropy. Circle Magic is Orbspacial Extropy Circle is God, and Square is the Devil. Domminna is Heaven, and Rhyhaio is Hell.
Over time, the developments of Magic began with Old Akashmiran Magic, which was the First Magic used by anyone in the Orbspace. It was brutal, savage, and nearly destroyed those who dared to use and train with it. (Think playing hopscotch with Marvel’s Infinity Stones) Next came New Akashmiran, re-invented and innovated by Empress Wind Walker, the Lady Void, and Circle Oaennar.
This was a more Humanitarian Magic System, refined to have greater effect with less harm to the Practitioner. Light focused into Laser. The Mastered form of the Magic of One Stone is called “Going Porcelain”. The Path to Circle Magic was a constant innovative experimentation of fusing combinations of stones into stronger Porcelain States of Being.
This seems to be a refinement and reinforcing of Armor, but the real machine being upgraded is You.
Going Circle Porcelain is to learn to use all of the Stones into an Ultimate Living Energy of all the Conflicting Forces of the Orbspace in Refined Balance.
The first one to do this was so overcome with the effects of this transformation, that they became the Abstracta of the Porcelain Form itself, and identified as the name “Circle”. The People of the Lifeblood Planet gave him the surname of Oaeenar in honor.
Circle Oaennar, the First Circle Mage. Circle Oaennar called Zero from the Deep Void, and trained him to be a Human, then as an Apprentice Circle Mage. Zero betrayed his Master, and reversed the Circle Magic from a Green Circle to a Pink Square. Zero is called the Lost Prophet by his City of Rebels who follow him in his Mighty Kingdom of Rhyhaio, the Orbspacial Hell.
Circle Oaennar lived in the Orbspacial Heaven, Domminna, and it was from there that Circle had summoned Zero from the Deep Void. This King of Heaven rivalled only the King of Hell. Domminna vs. Rhyhiao. God vs. Devil. Extropy vs. Entropy. The Infecting Light of Life pushing against. The Surrounding Void of Death. Mathias Mindblade’s higher self, Matthios, was a Flugel Warrior Angel living in Domminna, under Circle’s Command.
Razus Razorblade’s lower self, DarkOnyx, was a Demon Electric Beetle-Man Spy living in Rhyhaio under Zero’s Command. This Demon further mutated in his developing madness into Zandal, the Mad God. Zandal was a large Blue Thunderstorm of Rage and Laughter Elemental, a Wandering Calamity in the Orbspace to be avoided, and survived.
Wind Walker did not play the game of high and low. Her deep connection to her Mother, Horizon Walker, made them reflections of each other, and linked their Magic and Minds together in a Cycle of Continuous Mutual Magical Rebirth. The Fusion of Wind and Horizon Walker created a Being of Supreme Magic. The Entire Magic Infrastructure of the Orbspace was Strengthened by her very Lifeforce. Lady Diana was her name, the Goddess of Domminna.
Turok Rhygear was the Atrocity that enslaved himself to his Machines, becoming a Machine Himself, which, unfettered by the delusions and pitfalls of Humanity, became a Machine God. The Robot was named “Claw:Mechos”, and the Machine God was “Claw of Turok”.
The First Orbspacial Wizard was Oribus, who trained the Wizards Jinn-Lir and Wonn-Lir. Jinn-Lir trained the Wizard Coin, who went back in Time and trained the TechnoPagan Turok Rhygear who was trapped inside an Endless Library/Self-Replicating-Complexifying Factory.
The Wizard Jinn-Lir trained the Pagan Witch Wind Walker in the Floating Cities of the Planet Hurricanis, in the days of Old Akashmiran. The Wizard Orbius taught Mathias Mindblade to fight his Brother’s Tyranny, Grow an Empire, and Spread Goodness and Wholesome Value as far out as possible in the Orbspace. The Wizard Wonn-Lir trained Razus Mindblade into a true Razus Razorblade, developing the young Emperor’s Potential as an Evil Tyrant. Wonn-Lir also trained the Wizard Typhus and The Wizard Xandria, Princess of Koretoretos.
Matthios and DarkOnyx are constantly hunting each other all over the Orbspace. Slit and Slam are two Koretoretos Warriors under the Command of Emperor Razus Razorblade. Colonel Boustrophedon”Boustie” and General Raziel are also Koretoretos Warriors under the Dark Emperor’s Command.
There are 16 Royal Princesses of Lifebloodstone on the Lifeblood Planet, Taeerannor. They are Gateways to the Realm of the Forms, and are Subordinate only to the 16 High Lords of the Power Gates, who reside in Domminna. These are High Nobles that each control an Iris letting the flow of power into the Orbspace from each of its 16 Stones.
Each Taerrannor Princess has her own Army, and they escort her through Space. The Koretoretos Empire under Emperor Razus Razorblade has a Military called The Necros Demon Machine Army. The Drift Empire under Emperor Turok Rhygear has a Military called Fleet. The New Akashmiran Empire under Empress Wind Walker has a Military called Monkstorm, named after her Weaponized Essence “Iron Faerie Monkstorm”.
The Loporian Empire under Emperor Mathias Mindblade has a Military called The High Army of Loporian Light. The Common People of the Orbspace refer to the Four Rulers as “The Angel, the Demon, the Witch, and the Hacker.” and their sigils can be seen adorning the paper inside a given Compass that the Common People usually carry with them.

The Wizard Coin found an Alternate Metaverse where Wind Walker never destroyed Old Akashmiran, but instead replaced the Old Tyranny with her own. She became an Evil Empress, and the Old Brutal Magic remained the same.
There was also a moral reversal of what Coin had known as Loporia and Koretoretos.
In this alternate reality, there was Dark Loporia and the Realm of the Light Dragons in which Mathias was Evil and Razus was Good.
Turok was not a Mad Genius here, but a very Practical and Conservative Man that had turned from Machines to advance Humanity.

The Characters of Orbius, Jinn-Lir, Wonn-Lir, and Coin are going to be used for Narration and Exposition of the Cartoon, just like Shiro is both a Character and a Narrator of the Log Horizon Anime.
Wonn-Lir is the Narrator for parts of the story that are Dark as an Anti-Hero Narrator Type. Jinn-Lir, his brother, covers Narration for the Hero Narrator Type. Orbius Narrates the more Ominous and Ancient Topics, and Coin Narrates for Specific Worldbulding.
So, you have 1 Old Narrator, 2 Middle-Aged Narrators, and 1 Young Narrator. These voice actors/actresses must be of the proper age as alligned with their character. An Old Man does not get to play Coin, and a Young Woman does not get to play Orbius. Jinn-Lir and Wonn-Lir should be played by dudes in their 40's.
